Delivery Timeline

Do you accept rush orders? - Yes (2-3 days), please contact me thru IG or FB.

Payment Methods

How can I pay?

- Xendit accepts paymaya, gcash and bank transfer BPI. or manual payments (instructions available at checkout).

Shipping Info

For Metro Manila orders, we can deliver your orders via local delivery providers such as Lalamove, Grab, or Angkas. The delivery fee will be shouldered by the buyer.

 

For Provincial areas, we will deliver your orders via local couriers such as LBC, Gogo Express, and Ninja Grab (integrated with grab express app). Shipping will take around 1-2 weeks. Tracking numbers will be sent out once the parcels have been delivered.

 

Production Timeline:

The standard timeline is 1 week of custom production.

We can accommodate rush orders (including additional charge) with a lead time of 2-3 days for custom items. 

 

Our shipping schedule is from Monday to Friday. Orders made during weekends will be considered a Monday order.

Return and Refund

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as handcrafted and personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund 

was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too

Returns and exchanges may be made up to 15 days after the package has been delivered, provided that the item is unused and undamaged; and subject to stock availability.

The buyer will be responsible for all exchange and delivery fees that will be incurred. Any request for exchange should be sent via email at calligraphybyden@gmail.com or DM on our IG @calligraphybyden.
